For a customer from Mindelheim, we organized an express air freight delivery of two boxes of tools that were urgently needed in Oxford, USA.

The goods, weighing a total of 5325 kg, were loaded directly at the customer's premises in Mindelheim and shipped via Frankfurt and Paris Airport to Detroit. From there, the goods were forwarded to Oxford, USA.

Thanks to our efficient planning and execution, the distance of 7900 km was covered in just 5 days, including scanning, customs clearance and delivery, so that the delivery could be made “on time”.

For a customer in Ulm, we organized an urgent air transport with a total weight of 9004 kg to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The shipment was loaded at the customer's premises as planned and brought to Frankfurt Airport. However, the X-Ray security process did not meet the LBA specifications, so an immediate response was required to ensure that the goods could reach the booked flight.

We immediately organized an additional shift of specialists who carried out another security check and a special trip to the airline within a few hours. Despite the unforeseen delays, the shipment arrived at its destination in Riyadh on time and in accordance with the customer's requirements within just two days.

A sudden call from our customer presented us with an urgent task: a shipment from China had arrived at Hamburg Airport without prior notice. The goods had to be cleared through customs immediately and delivered to the customer in Oberessendorf as quickly as possible. A challenge that we were happy to take on: we managed the 750 km route within the three days specified and were able to reliably deliver the 2043 kg air freight to our customer.
